The customer service offered by Johana was exceptional! She went above and beyond to ensure that her customers were satisfied with her work. The lipgloss holder is going to look great in my new makeup room! I received the package very quickly even though each piece is custom made and I plan to revisit for more custom makeup organizers.
I don't know Johana personally, but I do know that she's an absolute doll based on the package that she sent! Not only is her artistry and talent incredible, but the presentation of these lips in their packaging and her sweet notes just made my day. I can appreciate you wanting honest feedback.. but, girl.. these lips are amazing!! I can see the dedication behind it, and that means more than anything!
